Mobile Messaging Terms

Sponge Labs LLC, doing business as MailStream ("MailStream," "we," "us"), offers text messaging (SMS) to customers and prospects who ask for it. These Mobile Messaging Terms explain what we send, how often, what it costs you, and how to stop. By opting in, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. What we send
When you opt in, MailStream may text you about: the status of mail campaigns and orders you placed (proof ready, approved, printed, mailed, delivered); account notifications such as low balances, failed payments, and address verification results; replies to inquiries and demo requests you submitted; and answers to questions you text us. We do not send marketing or promotional texts unless you separately agree to receive them.
2. How you opt in
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on our website or in the MailStream app, by turning on text notifications in your account settings, by saying yes when a member of our team asks whether we may text you at the number you provide, or by texting us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from MailStream.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your orders, your account activity, and your inquiries. Most customers receive a few messages per campaign.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's charges are your responsibility. Check with your carrier for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further texts unless you opt in again. You can also turn off text notifications in your account settings or email hello@mailstream.app and ask us to remove your number.

7. Your privacy
Mobile phone numbers and text messaging opt-in data are never sold, shared, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share mobile information only with the service providers that deliver our text messages, and only so they can deliver them. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
8. Supported carriers
Our messaging program is available on major U.S. carriers. Carriers may change their policies at any time, and availability is not guaranteed on every carrier or device.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Mobile Messaging Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the "Last updated" date. Continued participation in the program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
