- How does pricing work?
- Every plan is pay-per-piece, you only pay for what you send. The Starter plan has no monthly fee. Growth and Enterprise plans include a monthly subscription that unlocks lower per-piece rates, unlimited templates, and priority support. Postage is included in the per-piece price.
- What mail formats do you support?
- We currently support 4×6, 6×9, and 6×11 postcards and standard letters with envelopes. All pieces are printed in full color on premium stock. Additional formats including self-mailers and booklets are on the roadmap.
- How fast is delivery?
- We print and ship within 24 hours of receiving your order. Typical USPS delivery is 2–5 business days after that, depending on destination. You get real-time tracking from print through delivery via dashboard and webhooks.
- Do you offer an API and MCP server?
- Yes. Every plan includes full REST API access and our MCP server for AI agents. The API lets you send postcards and letters, verify addresses, manage mailing lists, and track delivery programmatically. The MCP server gives AI agents like Claude and GPT the same capabilities autonomously.
- Can I try before committing?
- Absolutely. The Starter plan is free to sign up with no monthly fee, you only pay when you send. We also offer a sandbox mode so you can test API integrations without sending real mail or incurring charges.
