How a letter is priced

First page, plus a few cents per extra PDF page.

A letter holds 6 sheets: 6 PDF pages, or 12 double-sided. With a blank address page, 5 and 10.

How billing works

Prepaid balance. One point is one dollar.

    Points come off when you confirm. Checkout shows the total first.

    Billed monthly by card, and prorated when you switch. Change plans any time.

Frequently asked questions

How fast does it go out?
We print and hand off to USPS within 1 to 2 business days of your send date. First Class delivery is typically 2 to 5 business days after that.
First Class or Standard Class?
First Class: 2 to 5 business days, forwarded if the person moved, returned if undeliverable. Standard Class (USPS Marketing Mail): cheaper, slower and less predictable, and undeliverable pieces are not returned. Offered on 6×9 and 6×11 postcards and on letters, not 4×6.
What counts as a page?
A page of your PDF. The first is included; the rest are priced above.
Is there a minimum order or a setup fee?
No minimum order: send one piece at the same price. The only minimum is your first $50 of Print Points, which stay on your balance.
Can I change my mind?
Move between Free and Pro any time; the fee is prorated. Unspent Print Points stay on your balance.
