Finish the job. Mail the neighbors.

Radius mail built for home service companies. Enter the address you just worked on and how many homeowners you want to reach. We build the list, print a large 6×11 postcard, and hand it to USPS in 1 to 2 business days. From $0.95 a piece on Pro, with the list and First Class postage included. Works for any address: a listing, a storefront, a new location.

The house you worked on and the neighbors who get the cardA neighborhood from above at night. The house you just worked on sits under a pin labeled job completed. The 9 owner-occupied homes nearest to it glow green because they are on the mailing list. A rental and an apartment building inside the same radius stay dark, and the homes further out are unlit.RentalApartmentsJob completedOwner-occupied, on the listNot mailed

Home services

Built for the truck in the driveway.

The neighbors watched you work. A card that lands two days later saying what you did on their street is the warmest lead in direct mail. Radius Mailer turns every completed job into that mailing, without anyone pulling a list.

  • After every job, from the dashboard.

The tech finishes, the office enters the address and a count, and the 50 or 200 closest homeowners get the card. Takes about a minute.

  • Once a week, from a CSV.

Export last week’s completed jobs from your field service software and upload the file. Up to 100 addresses in one campaign.

  • Automatically, from the API.

When a job closes in ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro or your own system, one API call sends the mailing. Nobody has to remember.

How it works

An address, a number, a postcard.

    Enter the address.

The house you just worked on, a new listing, a storefront, a new location. Add up to 100 addresses by hand or upload a CSV.

    Pick how many homes.

1 to 5,000 per address. Homeowners by default, or every deliverable address. Your own customers come off the list with a suppression file.

We build the list and mail it.

The closest qualifying homes, CASS-verified, printed on a large 6×11 postcard and handed to USPS in 1 to 2 business days.

The 6×11 radius postcard, drawn to scaleA 6 by 11 inch postcard drawn to scale with its dimensions marked. It carries a home-services design: a headline naming the job address, a call to action, a photo, and the address panel.NORTHSIDE ROOFINGWe just replaced the roof at{{ service_address }}Free estimate{{ first_name }}11 in6 in
Drawn to scale. Every radius mailer goes out on a 6×11, the largest postcard we print.

The postcard

A large 6×11 postcard. Hard to miss in a stack of mail.

Every radius mailing goes out on our biggest postcard, so the photo of the job and your offer get the space they deserve.

  • 6 by 11 inches.

The largest postcard we print, nearly three times the area of a 4×6. It does not get lost between the bills.

  • Full color, both sides, edge to edge.

Printed on premium 100# gloss cover, the same stock as every MailStream postcard. Room for a photo of the job, a headline, and an offer.

  • Personalized to the house next door.

Merge fields put the neighbor’s name and your service address on every card. “We just replaced the roof at 42 Spruce Street.”

  • Your design, or design it online.

Upload a print-ready front and back, or build it in the online designer with your logo, photos and merge fields.

The list

The closest homeowners, and nobody else.

You never rent a list or scrub a spreadsheet. We build it from the address you give us, in the order the mail carrier would walk it.

  • Owner-occupied, single-family homes.

The default audience is people who own the house they live in. No landlords, no corporate owners, no apartment blocks.

  • Nearest first.

We start one mile out and widen a mile at a time, up to 20, until there are more qualifying homes than you asked for. Then we keep the closest.

  • Your address stays out.

The service address you enter is never mailed. Upload a suppression file and your existing customers are dropped too.

  • Verified before it prints.

Every address goes through the same CASS validation as every other MailStream send, so the card reaches a real mailbox.

How a radius list is builtA map with a pin on the service address. Rings widen out from the pin. The 29 nearest homes inside the last ring are filled green because they are on the list. The service address itself is grey because it is never mailed, one customer is crossed off by a suppression list, and the homes beyond the ring are pale.1 mi2 mi3 mi

Capabilities

Built for the campaign you run every week.

Homeowners or everyone
Owner-occupied homes by default. Switch the audience to everyone when renters matter, like a restaurant opening or a gym.
Up to 100 addresses per campaign
Add service addresses one at a time or upload a CSV. One campaign, one postcard design, many neighborhoods.
Suppression list
Upload a CSV of customers or past recipients and they come off the list before it prints.
Personalized to the street
Merge fields put the neighbor’s name and your service address on every card. “We just finished a roof on Spruce Street.”
A seed piece to you
Tick one box and a copy lands in your own mailbox, so you see exactly what the neighbors see.
API, MCP and co-pilot
One POST creates the campaign. The co-pilot shows the estimated count and a map before you approve, and a webhook fires when the list is built.

Use cases

Anywhere the next customer lives next door.

Home services
After every finished job, the 50 or 200 homes around it get a card that names the street. The neighbors already saw the truck. HVAC, plumbing, roofing, pest control, lawn, solar.
Real estate
Just listed, just sold, open house. Mail the street the day the listing goes live, triggered from your CRM or by hand.
Grand openings and new locations
Every homeowner within reach of the door, in the mailbox before the sign goes up.
Restaurants and local retail
Switch the audience to everyone and reach the whole neighborhood, renters included.
Dealer and warranty programs
A feed of household addresses triggers a radius card from a default template. Nobody builds a list.
Franchise and multi-location
One CSV with up to 100 locations, one postcard, one invoice. Each location’s neighbors get its address on the card.

One account

Pair a radius drop with the rest of your mail.

Radius mailers, postcards to your own list, letters, and handwritten cards all run from the same account, the same designs, and the same API and MCP tools.

Frequently asked questions

What exactly do you mail?
A 6×11 postcard, the largest we print, in full color on both sides on premium 100# gloss cover, mailed First Class. Upload your own front and back, or design it online with merge fields for the neighbor’s name and your service address.
How do home service companies use it?
Every completed job becomes a mailing to the closest homeowners. Enter the job address after the truck leaves, upload a CSV of last week’s jobs, or send one API call when a job closes in your field service software. The card says what you did on their street, which is the most believable ad a neighbor will ever get.
What is in the list?
The owner-occupied, single-family homes nearest to your address, with an individual owner on the deed. We pull them from a national property database, validate every address with CASS, and keep exactly the number you asked for.
Can I choose the radius in miles?
You choose the number of homes and we choose the distance. We start one mile out and widen a mile at a time, up to 20 miles, until there are enough qualifying homes, then keep the closest ones. The dashboard shows an estimated radius as you type.
Can I reach renters too?
Yes. Set the audience to everyone and the list covers every deliverable address in the radius, not only owner-occupied homes.
Is my own address on the list?
No. The service address you enter is removed before the list is built, and so is anything on your suppression file.
What does it cost? Is the list extra?
$0.95 a piece on the Pro plan, or $1.29 pay-as-you-go on Free. That covers the list, the 6×11 postcard printed in full color on both sides, and First Class postage. No minimum order and no list fee.
Can I run it from the API or an AI agent?
Yes. One call to POST /api/v1/radius-mailers creates the campaign, and the bulk endpoint takes a CSV of addresses. The MCP server exposes the same tool, and the co-pilot in the dashboard shows the estimated count and a map before you approve. A test API key builds a realistic radius mailer without printing anything.
Does it work outside the US?
No. Radius mailers are US only, because the property data behind the list covers US addresses. Postcards and letters to your own lists are not limited this way.
